Tapsee Pannu is a Punjabi model-turned-actress from Delhi. She debuted with Jhummandi Naadam and has since then was able to bag few offers in Tollywood. Media reports that her glamor quotient will help her have a good opening in the industry.

Tapsee was an Engineering student and a class topper. She is a tech freak and uses all latest gadgets and falls for latest mobile phones and iPhone apps. She made her movie debut with Aadukalam.

In early January 2011, she sang the birthday song for Actor Jeeva who celebrated his birthday with the film crew of Vandhaan Vendraan at Kanthanpara Waterfalls, Wayanad, Kerala. Later during the month, she signed up for Puri Jagannath's Bollywood venture Buddha. She rejected a role with Amitabh Bachchan but preferred pairing next to Sonu Sood instead.
